Santana (Portuguese for the Saint Anne) is a city located on the eastern part of theisland of S?o Tom?, which is part of the island nation of S?o Tom? and Pr?ncipe. It is the fourth largest city after S?o Tom?, Trinidade and Neves with a population of 6,969 for the town and 13,258 fot the district. The city is also serves as the capital of Cantagalo district.
